Property Star Ratings

The executive space office model is no longer an alternative office solution.  Today, companies of all sizes and types, including entrepreneurs, associations, small businesses, government contractors, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and Fortune 500 companies have numerous choices when it comes to how they work, where they work, when they work, and how much support they receive.  As the demand for such space has increased, so has the number of workspace providers to fill this demand.

In our experience, people have different expectations.  What works for some may not work for others.  Most people know the differences between a 5 star hotel and a 3 star hotel, and if we don’t we can easily look it up.  The executive office space industry should be no different.  There are 5 star offices and just as such, there are 3 star offices.  Our clients depend on us to match them with the ‘right’ space, so we defined a rating system to clarify the differences between office options.
