Sviatoslav “Svet” Voloshin has been a resident of Washington, DC area for over 10 years. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University, Svet went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University.

In the corporate world Svet gained experience in various types of business development, business networking, personnel recruitment/development and management. Combined with his educational background in international relations and foreign languages he has been successful at identifying and communicating with a wide variety of clients, foreign and domestic.

Svet spent over six years in Washington, DC as a client supported by the executive space office model. During this time, he became a strong advocate of the office model for entrepreneurs, small businesses and non-profit organizations. As more office providers opened new locations, the challenge of locating the right space became more apparent.

In November 2008, with the help of a few partners, Svet launched Executive Space Solutions to help fellow entrepreneurs understand the various office solutions and benefits the executive space office model provides, as well help them to negotiate for the best terms. Because of his experience as a client supported by the office model, Svet is able to quickly determine which solutions work for his clients. “When working with a new client, I find out as much as possible about their needs, as well as their business model, which enables me to run a thorough analysis of the available options in the market that are a good fit,” Svet says. In most cases, Svet finds a way for his clients to enhance their professional profile while reducing overhead costs.

Starting out covering DC only, Svet has grown the firm to cover the suburban markets of Maryland and Northern Virginia, including Arlington and Fairfax counties. Now with an Office Seeker Advisory division and a Media division, Executive Space Solutions has become the premier office finder for the DC metro region.

Svet has become a serial entrepreneur in the digital domain. He is a strong believer in the power of the Internet and the unparalleled benefits it offers, especially to budding entrepreneurs, small businesses and non-profit organizations. Through his umbrella company, DC3 Media Enterprises, LLC, he is able to offer complete web presence solutions to clients of Executive Space Solutions. At the same time, Executive Space Solutions is able to help his web clients locate office solutions. “It’s evolved into a one-stop shop,” Svet says.

When Svet is not managing his companies, he spends his time with his wife and daughter and thinking of new business ventures.
